Dr. Saif M. Hassan is a Senior Lecturer in Pharmacology and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) at the University of Hilla, Iraq. He currently serves as Head of Department, Head of the Quality Assurance Department, and Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Health and Medical Techniques, reflecting his strong academic leadership and administrative experience.

Dr. Hassan’s academic specialization is Pharmacology and Therapeutics, with research interests spanning experimental and clinical pharmacology, cardiovascular disorders, ischemia–reperfusion injury, inflammation, oxidative stress, drug safety, and therapeutic interventions. He has an extensive publication record in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed, contributing significantly to multidisciplinary biomedical research.
